How do I know my ring size?

To get an accurate measurement the best is to go to a local jeweller and get them to measure your fingers, I would suggest getting them all measured and keeping a note of it somewhere. If you are unable to do this however, the next best option is to use our sizing chart. Please note that this is a guide, an we cannot be held responsible if the rings don’t fit. Please also note, that there are different sizes for UK, EU and USA and we will try our best to accurately match the sizes.

  

What do I do if my ring is the wrong size?

Please contact us and if we do not have stock of the ring you would like, We’ll be more than happy to resize your Steffany Roup Ring .

If you purchased/ or received one of our simple silver and or brass rings as a gift and its the wrong size, we will happily replace it for you with our existing stock or make one up for you. However if you are not in Cape Town, all shipping costs will be your own responsibility.

And then unfortunately there are some of our rings that are not resizable, like our large cast silver and bronze rings as they will have stones in them and changing the size changes the setting. If you would like one of these and we don’t have one in stock, please contact us to chat about finding the perfect crystal for you and getting one specially made for you!

 

Are all your products online as well as available in store? 

We have only recently updated our website and online shop so Ranges will be added in stages.

If you do not find the piece you are looking for and know that we make it, please email: info@steffanyroup.com with an image if you have one or a description of the piece you are after and we will happily make one up for you.Please bare in mind that if we do not have stock it can take 5-15 working days to make a piece up. 

How is my order packaged?

All jewellery is packaged in specially designed packaging, the more delicate pieces will be in protective gold embossed boxes. For pieces that need to be posted they will be sent in bubble wrap envelopes for an extra layer of protection.

If I Bought a special someone a gift, can I ship it directly to them?

Of course you can. Please provide us with their Name and Shipping address in the comments box. P.s. we wont include an invoice with it, unless you would like us to? please leave a comment in comment box. 

 

How Long will it take for me to get my new piece of jewellery?

If we have the item in stock it will take 2-3 days to process the order from the day you have paid. If you need it urgently please make a note in the comments section and we will try our best to accommodate your order! Local South African shipping takes around 3 to 5 days, and international can take between 2 and 5 weeks. If you need your order in a rush, please contact us either in the comments section or email us directly on info@steffanyroup.com

 

Can return my order?

Eek!..if you must, as long as the item is unworn and in the original condition. All items can be returned to us within 14 days. Pieces need to be returned (at your own cost) in the original packaging. If shipping from overseas please provide us with the tracking number and date of sending, we will refund you as soon as we have received the item and it is in the original condition.

 

The Metal is changing colour ?

Many of our pieces are made with brass accents, or are from solid brass or bronze the metals tend to patina naturally depending on the environment - we quite like that it does and feel that it helps make each piece unique, but we do understand that you may not. On our site we see Wrights Silver and Brass Cleaners, so far this is the best cleaner we have come across, and it is easy to use. With regards to plating, it is possible that the plating can wear off (please also see care page on how to make your plating last as long as possible) if it does we will be happy to give your SR jewellery a clean and a fresh plating free of charge. All items that are plated are either brass or pieces or sterling silver chains.

   

I would like to have something special made up, how do I go about this? Thats exciting!

We do do custom pieces, please email info@steffanyroup.com to find out more information and to start the design process. time will depend on what you would like made, and depending on how busy the studio is at the moment. please allow 5-20 working days for this process.
